• Plan lubrication regime (drip, bath, forced) based on speed/temperature.
• Use attachment variants for conveying; ensure alignment to prevent tight joints.

Monitoring

• Measure elongation over multiple pitches; schedule change at limit values.
• Protect from abrasive ingress; restore lubrication after washdown.
