General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) for the use of the website www.eurobearing.com
Preamble
These GTCS govern the purchase, through telematic means, of the products presented on the website www.eurobearing.com (the “Products”) (the “Website”), managed by Eurobearing – Registered Office: Via Duomo 19, 80138 – Naples (Italy) – VAT No.: IT10171001216 – REA: NA-1086611.
These GTCS form an integral and essential part of the purchase contract for any Product, and the submission of an Order (as defined in Section 1.2) constitutes the Customer’s acceptance of these terms.
The provisions of these GTCS referring to Consumers (as defined below) shall apply exclusively to individuals who meet the definition of a Consumer. Consumers will benefit, in particular, from all protections provided in the event of distance contracts under Title III, Section II, of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (the “Consumer Code”), as well as all additional mandatory protections provided by the Consumer Code and any other applicable law.

Eurobearing is available – including by phone – to provide Customers (as defined below) with any clarification or information regarding the content of the GTCS, the Contract (as defined in Section 1.2), and its related regulations, as well as any complaints. If the Customer chooses not to use the telephone service, all rights and privileges granted to the Customer by law remain unaffected.
The right of withdrawal for Consumers is governed by Section 6 of these GTCS.
1. Scope of Application & Definitions
1.1. Scope of Application
These GTCS apply to all Orders related to the purchase of Products submitted to Eurobearing through the Website.
1.2. Definitions
Within these GTCS, the following definitions apply:
- “Consumer”: Any natural person who places an Order for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity.
- “Professional”: Any natural or legal person who places an Order in the exercise of their business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity.
- “Customer”: Either a Consumer or a Professional, as applicable.
- “Contract”: Any agreement between Eurobearing and a Customer concerning the purchase by the latter of one or more Products, concluded according to the methods outlined in Section 3.3 or Section 3.4.
- “Business Day”: Any day of the week, except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays as defined by Italian law.
- “Order”: Any purchase proposal for one or more Products submitted by the Customer to Eurobearing, depending on the method used, according to the procedures set out in Section 3.3 or Section 3.4.
2. Download and Consultation of Contract Terms and Conditions
2.1. Document Storage
Customers may retain a copy of these GTCS, as well as all documents comprising the Contract related to Products purchased on the Website, using the standard functions of their browser (e.g., “File” → “Save As”).
2.2. Order Archiving
Additionally, Customers may store their Order data by either:
- Downloading the GTCS as per Section 2.1;
- Saving the data summarized on the last webpage before submitting each Order using their browser’s built-in tools; or
- Waiting for the Order Confirmation email sent by Eurobearing after the Order submission. This email will contain details of the Customer’s Order along with these GTCS, allowing them to print or save this documentation via their email program’s functions.
2.3. Order and Account Information Security
The details of each Order will be stored by Eurobearing in its systems. To preserve the confidentiality of such information, Customer access to this data will only be allowed following authentication in the restricted area of the Website, known as “My Account”, via login credentials assigned to the Customer upon registering on the Website.
Within this restricted area, by entering their credentials, Customers can:
- Review previously concluded Contracts,
- View pending Orders and newly placed Orders,
- Update and save their contact details,
- Manage banking details and subscription preferences for newsletters.
Customers commit to keeping their login credentials confidential and not sharing them with third parties.
