6.1. Information on the Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with the obligations of Article 52, Paragraph 1, Letters (f) and (g) of the Consumer Code, the following Section 6.3 outlines the terms and conditions governing the right of withdrawal in favor of the Consumer, as regulated by the same Consumer Code.
6.2. Instructions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, following the procedures and timeframes outlined in this section.
If the Consumer wishes to exercise this right, they must send a withdrawal notification within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the Product by the courier, without the need to specify any reason. This notification must be sent via email.
Upon exercising the right of withdrawal within the specified timeframe, the Consumer must return the Product to Eurobearing at the addresses indicated below within the same 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the withdrawal notification. The substantial integrity of the returned item is essential for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The item must be kept in its original condition and handled with due diligence.

6.3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If the Consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, any payments made by the Consumer and/or received by Eurobearing must be refunded. The refund for the price paid will be processed by Eurobearing within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Eurobearing receives the withdrawal notification or, if earlier, from the date on which Eurobearing receives the returned product.
If the Product is damaged during shipping back to Eurobearing, the risk will be borne by the Customer, and in such cases, the return will not be considered valid, and the withdrawal request will not be processed.
π Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Consumer.
6.4. Product Return Conditions and Exclusions
If the Consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Products must be returned to Eurobearing under the following conditions:
- For boxed products, they must be returned properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition (not damaged, dirtied, or missing labels) and with all accessories, usage instructions, and documentation included.
- For packaged products in bags, they must not show any signs of prolonged use beyond the time required for a brief check (maximum one minute). They must not be in a condition that prevents their resale.
If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, the withdrawal request will be denied, and the Consumer may request the return of the item at their own expense.
6.5. Exclusion of Withdrawal for Special Order Items
The following terms govern the return policy for special order items (hereinafter referred to as “custom-order items”) purchased from Eurobearing (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) on behalf of the Consumer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
- Special Orders and Non-Stocked Items: If an item has been ordered exclusively for the Customer and was not in stock, it cannot be returned for any reason. The Sellerβs external suppliers are not required to accept returns, making it impossible for Eurobearing to return the item to the supplier.
- Sellerβs Obligations: The Seller commits to providing clear and timely information regarding the return policy for special order items.
- Acceptance of Conditions: The Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these contractual terms regarding the return policy for special order items.
6.6. Refund Methods
The Seller will process the refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method selected by the Customer at the time of purchase.
- Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer Payments: If the payment was made via cash on delivery or bank transfer, the Customer must provide their full bank details to the Seller to allow for a refund via bank transfer.
- Delays and Issues: Any delays or problems caused by incorrect or incomplete banking information provided by the Customer will be their sole responsibility.
- Alternative Refunds: The Seller may offer a store credit or discount voucher instead of a monetary refund. In such cases, the Seller will inform the Customer in advance and issue the refund via a coupon code sent via email once accepted by the Customer.
