SKF NBR (nitrile rubber) oil seals are designed to keep lubricants in and contaminants out in rotating shaft applications. The NBR compound offers excellent resistance to mineral oils and greases, good wear performance, and reliable sealing at typical operating temperatures (approx. −40°C to +100/120°C). Available in single- or double-lip designs with a garter spring, they provide low friction, stable sealing, and long service life in gearboxes, pumps, electric motors, and automotive/industrial machinery.
