Dry film lubricant with PTFE solids for clean, low‑friction sliding where oily residues attract dust or cause slip contamination.
Performance
- Very low friction boundary layer after solvent flash‑off.
- Low dirt pick‑up; ideal for guides, fine mechanisms and locks.
- Use where clean handling matters (textile lines, assembly jigs).
Use & tips
- Degrease first; shake well to mobilize PTFE.
- Apply light, even coats; allow full drying between passes.
- Run‑in briefly to stabilize the film before full load.
Compatibility
- Most metals/plastics; test porous/painted surfaces.
- Not suited when a persistent wet film is required.
